Upon three occasions, {$100.00} has been deducted from my account. The first deduction occurred on XX/XX/year>, the second was on XX/XX/year> and the third was on XX/XX/year>. The three transactions occurred at an ATM in XXXX, Oh without physical access to my card. I called Capital One after the first and second transaction to dispute the claims. Capital One declined the claim on the basis that this was a Chip Card transaction. Capital One declined to provide any investigative evidence to support their rejection of my claim. They told me that there was no way for me to contact anyone other than the Claim 's department and that the Claim 's department was not able to discuss with the team that performs the investigation. On both XX/XX/XXXX and XX/XX/XXXX, I was physically in a facility several miles from the ATM where the transaction occurred. After this claim, Capital One issued a new card. On XX/XX/year>, the same ATM was used again to take out an amount of money equivalent to {$100.00}. Upon calling Capital One, they filed a claim on my behalf. However, they still are unable to provide to me information on why my previous claim was denied and any additional information. Even after discussing that all three transactions occurred when I was not physically near the ATM. I am currently out over {$300.00} and Capital One is rejecting my claims but yet not willing to provide any detail on their investigation. This is not acceptable that I am unable to obtain information on claims.
