The company XXXX is reporting a late payment when the payment was never late. They are showing a late payment when the item was returned and no payment was due on the returned item. Their records do not reflect that It was their responsibility to verify the return and because of that delay they reported a delinquent payment. I no longer had the product, the return was accepted and be cause of their slow record keeping they put a late payment on my account. I tried to show them and explain this but they use a third party for their call center and they said they can not help so XXXX have no way of trying to show them their incorrect records.
