I was randomly receiving emails and calls about debt with XXXX. i ignored the calls thinking they were scammers. lo and behold XXXX sends my personal information to collections. ive never had a XXXX phone number nor account. when trying to call the number they told me was mine a XXXX lady that had a language barrier picked up the call. i have phone lines with XXXX and XXXX XXXX XXXX never with XXXX. when i asked for more info on the debt they send me a bill that i believe was owed on the account but they refused to provide me with any type of contract for what there pursing debt for. a bill isnt gon na work if its not my legal signature on a contract theyre pursing me for
