I reached out to Equifax regarding some errors that I found that are on my credit report. I have reached out multiple times for them to fix them since XX/XX/XXXX. They have sent me corresponding letters since XX/XX/XXXX requesting additional documents. I have sent the required additional documents that were needed. I have been getting corresponding letters each month since XX/XX/XXXX requesting the same additional required documents. Every corresponding letter that was sent to me since XX/XX/XXXX I have responded to each letter with sending the additional required documents. I have attached receipts of when I sent the additional requested documents and I also attached additional documents to support my case In accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting act Account # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, # XXXX, and # XXXX, has violated my rights. 15 U.S.C 1681 section 602 A. States I have the rights to privacy. 15U.S.C 1681 Section 604 A Section 2 : It also states a consumer reporting agency can not furnish an account without my written instructions 15 U.S.C 1666B : A creditor may not treat a payment on a credit account under an open end consumer credit plan as late for any reason.
