They trying to collect a debt that i don't owe i was involved in accident and submited a cliam and they paid me and substracted the amount i owed from the check therefor i don't know why this debt collector is trying to collect i requested a debt validation letter and was never provided one so they violating my consumer right by still reporting a false information to my credit report
