I called them after I noticed that the remaining balance on my report never changed when they repossessed my car whatever they auction that car off for is suppose to be allocated towards the remaining balance not only did they not do that they can't even tell me what they did with the car or the fees that went along with the repo. I have contacted them several times regarding this issue and have voice recordings where they say they're gon na call back anywhere from 20 min to an hour and I never received a call back but the inaccurate report is causing me to not be able to use my credit to receive the business funding I need
