they did not accurately investigate any of this even the three supervisors that I have spoken to confirmed that things were off and theyre still doing things that dont add up like updating this last update they did for XXXX when they always do the reports prior to the month that they are currently in. XXXX report didnt even come out yet XXXX report would never be in the month of XXXX. XXXX report would be the month after yall always put the reports in around the third week of the month and its never for the current month so instead of fixing my account and putting in the correct balance yall reported inaccurate balances with dates just a bunch of false information on my credit report. This is the last time that I will be trying to fix this account with yall after this if yall can not remedy, these lies and inaccurate balances and dates we will be going through arbitration, which I have been trying to avoid and which yall will have to pay for. if yall can not do whats right and update my correct reports. Immediately I wont have any choice but to fight for my federally protected rights. XXXX XXXX is still currently falsely reporting they reported twice in the month of XXXX they already did the correct reporting around XX/XX/XXXX which was for the month of XXXX now the next reporting for the month of XXXX would come out around XX/XX/XXXX or XXXX sometime during the third week of the this month ( XXXX ) yall put a report in XX/XX/XXXX of a false balance of {$2700.00} when I called in about it XXXX went back and put a report in from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX for that same {$2700.00} balance which is completely inaccurate from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. My balance was about {$1400.00}. When I spoke to the rep XXXX she said in XXXX I had a {$3000.00} balance which is completely inaccurate I put a payment of {$2500.00} in on XX/XX/XXXX which left me with a balance of about {$1400.00} for the month of XXXX all the way up until XX/XX/XXXX really XX/XX/XXXX because it didnt clear until the next day when I called them to clarify it and send the proof they acted as ifI didnt know what I was talking about now from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX the balance was {$2700.00} I then made a payment of {$1600.00} on XX/XX/XXXX to this balance, which brought my credit card availability up to {$2800.00} with a balance of about {$1400.00} but they are still reporting the inaccurate amount of {$2700.00} til the date of XX/XX/XXXX and then they put in another report XX/XX/XXXX on my credit saying I owed {$2700.00} which is completely not true on this date my balance still was about {$1400.00} and a payment was made of {$1600.00} on XXXX XXXX ( which they literally held up until XX/XX/XXXX!! ) so I called in and tried to fix this inaccuracy and instead of them updating my account properly they took off the XXXX reporting and put in an XXXX reporting which doesnt make any sense because they always put their reports in for the current month prior so XXXX billing wouldnt even have come out until the third week of XXXX & XXXX reporting wouldnt come out until XXXX yall didnt even put in the report for XXXX yet and what yall put in is still inaccurate yall put on my report that from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX I had a balance of {$2700.00} when from XX/XX/XXXX until XX/XX/XXXX. I had a balance of about {$1400.00} XXXX put a {$2500.00} payment in XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX which brought my balance to the about XXXX I locked my card it wasnt touched again until XX/XX/XXXX and the amount of XXXX which didnt even clear until XX/XX/XXXX and on XX/XX/XXXX I put back {$1600.00} and the payment still didnt clear on this day of XXXX XXXX. When I called in about the an accurate reorting for the month of XXXX that they put in instead of them sending me a letter stating what my correct balance was for that day so that I could send it to XXXX XXXX XXXX and Experian, who stated they would correct my account as long as the company provided me a letter with my current balance. This company went in and changed the credit card balance dates from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX They are violating my consumer rights per USC, 6802 please respect my rights under the FCRA Section 611 Part ( A ) ( 1 ) as this is the over the 3rd attempt to fix these inaccuracies in a timely manner per 15 usc 1602 in any consumer, credit transaction, the actual natural person is the one extending the credit and we know businesses arent natural persons. And as I stated in a complaint before they marked late payments on my credit report when I had XXXX and then caught XXXX before I had to go through XXXX I let this company know that I was sick and was going to end up falling short of payments for a while, which they did not care about at all, and before this all happened all of my payments were made on time on top of it was against the law to mark late payments on a consumers credit report if they had XXXX once I got well I beat XXXX and overcame XXXX. This insensitive company lied to me about a program that I entered into with them. The program was for three months I was not supposed to be charged interest for these three months, so I made these payments on time. I set up auto pay and completed the program every supervisor and rep. I talk to acted as if they did not know what I was talking about up until this point Ive spoken to two reps that said I wasnt supposed to be charged the interest fee but I had to call in each month which I was never told the rep only stated that I had to make the payments on time which I did so I was cheated out of almost {$300.00} in interest fees alone after holding up my end which was supposed to reset my card back to good standings and I would have been able to use my card again. Which was another lie because my card was still in the negative after being on the program and making the monthly payment payments on time for three months. I have been back-and-forth with reps. And supervisors I even reached out to the CEO and have gotten nowhere. I recently spoke with the rep that told me that I was right and that I was not supposed to be charged interest but instead of having my payments on auto pay, I was supposed to call each month and make my payment Which again, no one ever told me and so I spoke with this rep about a week ago. & another one today stating the same thing Everyone that I talked to prior knew this, but acted as if they didnt know what I was talking about and as if the program that I signed up for had no such program when they actually do come to find out the issue was, I was not supposed to have my payments on auto pay. I was supposed to call in which I was never told but either way the payments were made in the program was successfully completed so why not remedy my account this company has screwed me out of so much money and now they keep reporting inaccurately on my credit report all because I opened up a dispute with the CFPB they refused to cooperate with me. They are holding my funds for an obscene amount of time. They literally held my XX/XX/XXXX {$1600.00} payment from the third up until the XX/XX/XXXX Which is causing damages to me the natural person as well as my credit report which dropped XXXX points on XXXX. An XXXX points on XXXX XXXX. on top of violating the privacy act of 1974 and sharing my private information with these credit agencies, on top of the information being inaccurate. No company agreement overrides my federally protected rights. And now on this day of XX/XX/XXXX, which is around the time that they are supposed to put in the report for XXXX. Im sure they wont. It seems as if they are trying to be a deliberate pest because they are upset that I put the reports in with the CFPB as I stated, even the reps were confused about how they were reporting on into my report and XXXX of them even said it may be because I had put the investigation in with the CFPB that they are doing this to me because it didnt make any sense at all they have not put the report in yet for XXXX and Im assuming they will drag it out until XXXX out of spite, which is not ethical here is the evidence of them putting in the XXXX balance then changing it to the. XXXX balance when I spoke to a rep in, she told me that they didnt even put the balance in for XXXX yet so she didnt understand it. They lied to the credit agencies all three of them and told them that my balance was {$2700.00} from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX but it was only {$2700.00} for literally 3 days & since the {$1600.00} XX/XX/XXXX payment Ive made another payment of {$500.00} on XX/XX/XXXX & til this date of XX/XX/XXXX I only owe a balance of {$1000.00}. As I tap to pay the XXXX balance, which you clearly see as evidence here added, I have to wonder how they already had it reported to the credit agencies XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Experian the balance for XXXX already when they dont even do the report yet they are clearly and deliberately putting an accuracy on my report because I reported them to yall. Which is against my federally protected rights. Also here Ive added evidence of them reporting on XXXX balance of the same amount when XXXX balance doesnt even come out until XXXX up until now they have been reporting correctly my balances its like theyre trying to keep me stuck in this hole while taking all of my Funds they even denied me a copy of my current bill stating that they couldnt give it to me because I had an open investigation with the CFPB. Now what theyre gon na try to do is not report my XXXX balance until the end of XXXX and carry this {$2700.00} balance that I had for three days for XX/XX/XXXX which didnt clear til XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX over for the the rest of this month and the third week of next month, which is completely unacceptable. & according to 15 U.S.C 1666b late payments a creditor may not treat a payment on a credit card account under an open ended consumer credit plan for late as any purpose unless the creditor has adopted reasonable procedures designed To ensure that each periodic statement including the information is mailed to or delivered to the customer not 21 days before the due date. Yall are listing my payments as late under an open ended consumer credit plan which is against the law the credit plan is an installment credit plan that is payable in more than four installments. And yall company rules do not override my federally protected rights they have been breaking so many laws that Ive tried to communicate with them before putting any disputes in with that. It seems this company feels as though they are above the law. I just dont understand how they are getting away with all of this its to the point where we are going to have to go through litigation if the proper remedy isnt given soon this is all obscene and profound and damaging to my natural self. I also spoke with the supervisor named XXXX XXXX she also looked over my account and stated that it didnt look normal and she didnt understand why they were putting the reports in the way they were also stating that I was correct they do put the reports in around the third week of each month and never for the month that were in always the month before she was very confused and so was I until she realized I had a report in with the CFPB I was also denied a copy of my current updated bill with my balance. Even though they could see it in the system. They even lied and put that from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. There were all these different balances in between like three different balances, but my card was locked from XX/XX/XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX. I even called about it because I noticed transactions being made on my card when I had requested a new card number And I locked my card so nothing would come out because I was getting the balance down. I didnt unlock my card until XX/XX/XXXX so they refunded me for some of the transactions and left like two on there. One was about XXXX dollars and the other was about XXXX dollars so I dont understand how my card was charged in the first place if I ordered a whole new card and how my card was charged when it was locked physically, and it was locked online as well so in between that whole month, no transactions should have been made or were made by me so my balance shouldve been the exact same thing up until XX/XX/XXXX I will put the picture down here of my account For XXXX as well.
