I have tried registering online at my.equifax.com numerous times. after a fill out all needed information in application. It brings me to a page saying ; " Please give us a call We can't complete your request at this time. Please call the Customer Care team and mention error code NH. '' So then I gave customer service a call. The phone operator informed me to mail specific documents. So told me to mail a copy of government ID or driver license and the provide a a copy of social security card and then provide a cover letter talking about issue I want resolved. After I mail that the issue should be resolved. Then asked how will you guys contact me or notify me when is issue is resolved are in the process of being resolved. I said should I provide email or phone number she said no. I said how will I know if documents got to thecompany or if you resolved the issue or not. She said just send the documents and you should be good and issue resolved. She Then provided this address to mail documents to Equifax Information Services, LLC XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX. Documents have been mailed but issue not resloved yet. I've been hearing many other complaints from other consumers online with similar issue I'm having about mailing needed to documents that equifax request to resolve the issue and get your account back and see credit score again but nothing has been done after other consumers mail documents to equifax many weeks to months later. Also many complaints about numerous phone calls given issue still not being resolved. I heard from many other customers easiest and fastest way to resolve issue is to a file CFPB complaint.
