I had XXXX accounts opened on Wells Fargo and it was a checking and savings account. I did not open them. I called Wells Fargo and I asked them to close the XXXX accounts but they did not they said we can not close the accounts at this time because of some error on their end they were getting. I don't feel comfortable know that XXXX accounts were open without my consent or knowledge and it's frustrating.
