Took fee upfront without providing service they promised. I waited a month for the Level One Law to help me settle my credit cards, and they did nothing to help. I just got into more debt because I paid over {$5000.00} in fees to later have my credit score go 500s, going to court. The best option they gave me was to get out of the program and deal with the debt collection myself.
