I had XXXX medical bills incurred because of a XXXX XXXX Florida XXXX ambulance trip to the ER in XXXX. I was unable to pay and they referred it to my credit report. The 7 year statute of limitations has expired, but they keep selling to it different companies and they keep adding it back to my credit report. I have written and talked to them and told them the debt was incurred in XXXX with XXXX XXXX Florida ( XXXX XXXX XXXX ) and the 7 year statue of limitations was over and they cant legally keep it on my credit report by selling it to different creditors and restarting the clock.
