Pay pal has been allowing unauthorized charges on my card and I follow protocol and report them. But they never don't refund me anymore nor stop these charges. So I keep my money in savings till I need to use it. Or I transfer it to my other credit card to pay bills. Which there was no problems last month. Till I tried to transfer money to other card this month and they blocked me from doing so and froze my card. When I called them they said they are allowed to do this. And I told them it's my money and they can't stop me from using it or transferring it. And then they put a 72 hour hold on my card where I can't access my money. Which is government social security XXXX and my only income. When I called again they had no reason for doing this and said they couldn't remove it. Which I told them I knew was nor right. And them not allowing me access to my money was not legal. But I don't know what to do. I need this money. I'm almost out of food and need to pay my rent. I want to transfer the money out after I withdraw my rent money. And then when it's at XXXX balance close account and set up direct deposit in other card for next month. But can't do that till I can have full access to my money again. What can I do?? This can't be legal what they are doing. Please help.
