Companies in question are XXXX XXXX and XXXX. I have a closed account with XXXX XXXX from almost 8 years ago. This went to collections. The first missed payment was in XXXX of XXXX. Almost 8 years have passed and its still appearing on my credit report. Additionally, the dates on the report have been changed, and shows the first missed payment as happening in XXXX of XXXX. All dates prior to this are listed as ND for No Data. I never entered into a contract with the collecting agency XXXX. Againthe first missed payment was XXXX, well beyond 7 years. This should no longer be reported on my credit report. I have attached documents related to the first missed payment ( via email due to paperless billing. ) Additionally, I have attached a statement from the collections agency stating the XXXX had passed in XXXX.
