My name is XXXX XXXX and I have a very heartbreaking and shocking XXXX experience to share. I recently, XX/XX/XXXX, financed a XXXX XXXX XXXX from XXXX. The car was receiving regular oil changes every XXXX XXXX months. About XXXX weeks ago I went to pick up some dinner and when I left the restaurant and got back into my car, it would not start. Then I reached out to my insurance and they told me that they would send me a tow truck. When the tow truck arrived the gentleman that was driving the tow truck checked the oil in my XXXX and he said the car had no oil in it. This was very strange to me because I recently got my oil changed on XXXX, XXXX. He towed it to a shop and it was evening so it wasnt until the following morning that I received a phone call from the shop stating that the engine was seized due to the car, not having any oil in it. That is mind blowing to me that the car didnt have oil in it because like I said, I was regularly getting the oil changed and I never saw an oil spot anywhere that I had the car parked. I have heard bad things about the XXXX XXXX XXXX engine and how it was built. Which also shocked me being that this vehicle is a XXXX vehicle and I have only known the quality of XXXX. Neither my XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX XXXX XXXX, XXXX something XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX or my XXXX XXXX XXXX have failed like this XXXX XXXX XXXX has. Im embarrassed for XXXX because to tell you the truth XXXX was always my favorite car brand. The fact that this car is XXXX years old and taken care of is an absolute embarrassment for XXXX for XXXX engine to have seized. I am XXXX with XXXX XXXX and have a basketball playing XXXX XXXX XXXX son with a car-less mom. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
