My issue is with Experian. Since XX/XX/year> I have made multiple disputes regarding 2 accounts. First, XXXX. I sent Experian and XXXX identical information regarding the reason and provided actual court documents to support my claim as to why it should be removed. XXXX removed it immediately Experian claims its verified and remains and I have disputed that XXXX more times since XXXX with Experian. Secondly, XXXX XXXX XXXX. Again, sent to XXXX and Experian identical information regarding the reason and provided contact information to the Company and its Finance officer that is in charge of reporting it was an error and was NEVER late. And again, XXXX did their due diligence but Experian did not. I personally spoke with the XXXX department at XXXX and they confirmed that ONLY XXXX reached out to confirm their error and was removed immediately BUT not Experian which is claiming remains verified! I have continued to dispute with Experian XXXX more times! Just recently I lost my vehicle to a horrendous accident so I was in need of a new loan. Had Experian done their job I would have been granted better interest rates!! However, due to XXXX lack of due diligence it has cost me thousands of dollars that could have been avoided if they actually followed through.
