I am a victim of identity theft. And this is my official notice about the crime. Debt transactions were created in my name without my knowledge or consent. I do not know any information about the suspect. All I know is that these fraudulent transactions were allowed to be reported by XXXX XXXX, XXXX, and Equifax, which leads to several violations under the FCRA. Including but not limited to compliance procedures, written consent from me, and a " reasonable '' investigation of information before being reported. I am seeking justice to have the fraudulent account information permanently blocked, removed, and deleted from my credit report and file. Please see attached notice.
