On XXXX XX/XX/year>, my Capital One debit card was hacked ( or frauded ) and someone used my debit card to make purchases during the evening in the amount of {$210.00} ( XXXX ) and {$230.00} ( tick pick ). Capital One states to me that they completed their investigation that I opened the dispute on XXXX XX/XX/year>, and they declined my dispute, meaning they will go into my bank account on XXXX XX/XX/year> and take back the money that they temporarily credited me with while the investigation ensued. Capital One tells me the charges are valid, and they are as I received emails stating that an XXXX XXXX purchased tickets. But, the ticket purchases were not done by me ; only with my debit card. At the time of the incident, I was purchasing ice cream in XXXX, NY for my family, so it was impossible for me to purchase these tickets. I want to keep my own hard-earned money, but Capital One is threatening me to take back the money. This needs to stop!
