I AM A VICTIM OF XXXX XXXX, AFTER FINALLY GAINING BACK ACCESS TO MY PERSONAL INFORMATION I NOTICED A SLEW OF ACCOUNTS THAT I NEVER CONSENTED TO BEING OPENED NOR HAVE I UTILIZED. I WAS ABLE GET SOME ASSISTANCE WITH VIEWING ALL MY CONSUMER REPORTS AND CONTACTING THE CREDIT REPORTING AGENCIES. CONTINUING TO FURNISH THESE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS TO MY CREDIT REPORT IS IN VIOLATION OF BOTH 15 USC 1681 C-2 AND 15 USC 1681 C-3. EACH REPORTING AGENCY HAS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF REPORTING MAXIMUM ACCURACY AND DUE TO THE UNFORTUNATE EVENTS, THESE ACCOUNTS WERE SUBJECT TO REMOVAL WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS. AS I HAVE GOTTEN BACK ON MY FEET, THESE ACCOUNTS ARE SEVERELY IMPACTING MY ABILITY TO OBTAIN NEW LINES OF CREDIT FOR MYSELF. MY CONSUMER LAWS ARE BEING VIOLATION WITH THESE FRAUDULENT ACCOUNTS BEING REPORTED.
