Consumer Narrative

My rights enacted by the Fair Credit Reporting Act, the Fair Credit Billing Act, and the Privacy Act of 1974 are in violation by the unaffiliated 3rd parties this complaint is addressed to for negative and defamatory items which have been placed on my credit report. I have included attached documents highlighting these items. As per 15 United States Code 6802 ( b ) and ( c ), which are included within the Statutes At Large, I was never provided knowledge nor disclosure of the opportunity to opt-out of my personal information being reported. I then was also not provided knowledge and instructions on how to opt-out of my personal information being reported. In addition, there are late payments being listed which were never verified and violated my rights per 15 United States Code 1666b. Both the credit furnisher and credit reporting agencies ( XXXX, Transunion and XXXX ) are in violation of these Acts. The credit reporting agencies are unable to provide adequate verifiable proof which has also been attached within the document ( s ) uploaded, providing the exact types of acceptable proof to be considered verified. Lack of this acceptable proof based on their claim means there is a lack of Corporate Compliance and is essentially a crime. If the proper steps to my Letters of Instruction are not rectified within 30 days and updated immediately with proof of the update, then I will exercise my rights to take legal actions whether by filing a claim through Arbitration, Smalls Claims and by filing a claim against their bonds and insurances. I will also put my local Consumer Affairs agency and my states Attorney General on notice. Lastly, since all parties are currently the acting Fiduciary agents over my entrusted interests and information, I will take this matter to Federal court to seek the highest claim of the Federal Reserve Act Section 29. I hope to get this matter resolved immediately and amicably.
