XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX for XXXX XXXX XXXX started a foreclosure complaint and we answered and motion for discovery of XXXX & Demands from our Servicer Rushmore Servicing and the alleged investor XXXX XXXX. We were told by the attorney to Plaintiff, XXXX that he does not represent Rushmore or XXXX XXXX in the foreclosure, even though we were directed by our Servicer Rushmore Servicing to contact THEIR law firm XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. Since we have been getting nothing but the run around in this awful XXXX XXXX, we need to forward to both parties and request the CFPB to compel them to answer the XXXX & XXXX XXXX as required.
