My name is XXXX XXXX, and I am writing to exercise my rights under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ( FDCPA ) and the Fair Credit Reporting Act ( FCRA ). My right to privacy, as outlined in 15 U.S.C. 1681 ( a ) ( 4 ), has been violated multiple times, and I want to clarify that I have never provided written authorization for the disclosure of certain transactions, as required by 15 U.S.C. 1681b ( 2 ). Additionally, my personal information, including my credit card and Social Security number, has been used without my explicit written consent, which violates 15 U.S.C. 1602.
