Our monthly payments were {$1400.00} monthly since XXXX XXXX to XX/XX/XXXX Breakdown {$900.00} Principal & interest {$40.00} PMI {$460.00} Escrow -Taxes {$1400.00} Total This is in our Closing Disclosure documents. The bank started taking money out of the Escrow account in XX/XX/XXXX for Curtailment Payments without our knowledge. This left the Escrow Account short of money to pay XX/XX/XXXX taxes, so they increased our monthly payments to & XXXX to cover for the shortage. Escrow Changes- XX/XX/XXXX {$480.00} - XX/XX/XXXX {$480.00} - XX/XX/XXXX {$330.00} XX/XX/XXXX {$360.00} These changes came from XXXX XXXX at DCU Credit Union. I have been speaking with XXXX XXXX XXXXTeam Leader Loan Dept DCU Credit Union and she keeps telling me over and over that the Curtailment Payments are not coming out of Escrow Account. I GIVE UP!
