On XX/XX/20 my phone was hacked, someone open an XXXX card and purchased XXXX dollars worth of merchandise at XXXX. I have an XXXX account but with a different email and on top of that due to my credit I couldnt get approved for a loan I could only use it for shop pay. I know the last transition I made and they also added a XXXX phone to the account and thats not my phone. They also charged XXXX at XXXX XXXX via XXXX as well for then you need to be approved via credit and I wouldnt be approved and the purchase at XXXX XXXX used my email but different shipping address that Ive never used. They also got into my banking account and moved money from my XXXX account to my account to cover the purchases and I had to ask for help to match the difference to make sure that my XXXX money was returned to him because due to the charges they used that money and my XXXX would be out the money until the bank looked into the claim due to this fraud case.
