Consumer Narrative
I had a bank account with Navy Federal. I had XXXX transactions of fraud ( former roommate used card ) and I reported it to them. They disputed the transactions. Later, about XXXX months, they recharged the amounts and closed my account within XXXX days. Usually when I would overdraft with them, they would give me a whole month to pay back the amount if needed. There was no call, no trying to see what happened, no actual way of handling the situation or even asking for any type of proof to help my case.
