I tried to previously pay this company before in full for two separate loans when I received my tax refund. They would not take my payment. They said it was because they had tried to take payment before and didn't get it so they couldn't or wouldn't use my card. I said you have my bank account number please use that. They wouldn't do that either. Now they have taken my vehicle they sent me a paper with the wrong vehicle listed. No one will rectify this with me they just keep giving me the same phone number where no one can help me. Or they say they are transferring me but I get the same person I was just speaking with. It seems they want you to not pay them and then make it impossible to rectify the situation. On the paper they gave me it says they repossessed a XXXX XXXX XXXX. I have never owned a XXXX XXXX so they won't let me have my belongings from my car.
