Please investigate this account and update all late payments to " Paid As Agreed Never Late '' immediately. Documentation of Investigation Process I kindly request that you provide a description of the procedures used to investigate and verify the late payment entries on this account. If these discrepancies can not be updated as requested, please provide the required information under 15 USC 1666 ( b ), including details on how each periodic statement was mailed in compliance with 21-day advance requirements, as outlined in section 1637 ( b ) of Title 15.
