ADDITIONAL COMMENTS Prosper cancelled my automatic payment method due to closing my account do to the company lowering my credit limit due to my credit score lowering following a purchase of a vehicle. A payment plan with automatic payments was set up with their representative which has been confirmed with 3 representatives for a payment of each month until XXXX of 2025 until the balance is paid in full. My payments are being issued as late because the full balance isnt paid off and a payment plan has been set up with THEIR REPRESENTATIVE as I do not have access to set up autopay any longer unless it is the full balance due to closing the account. Their representative made two automatic payments in XXXX that was collected and a scheduled a payment for each month of {$200.00} until XXXX of 2025 so the balance can be paid in full which is scheduled automatically to come from my bank.If my balance was reported to a collection agency I would like the documents in which I signed allowing my personal information to be transferred to a 3rd party. This company did not note the payment plan that was set up with their representative that was made due to a sudden lowering of credit limit as it is not feasible to pay full amount immediately. If two payment were made in XXXX how is my account 60 days past due? How
