I have never been notified of this collection action or that I owned the debt. This letter is to inform you that I have rights to request a validation of this debt and your ability to this money from me. I asked that prove that I am indeed the party who is contractually bound to pay off this debtor stop collection activity and remove it all together. Please attach copies of the following documents : Agreement that you have authority to collect on this alleged debt. Agreement that bears signature of the alleged debtor with the promise to pay the original creditor Complete payment history on this account, to prove that the amount you wish to collect is correct.
