I took a Contract from XXXX with my account number XXXX on XX/XX/year> I requested the Alarm system to be transferred to another address as promised by the representative from XXXX at the time of purchase of the contract. A few months after the system was changed to my new address, I started receiving a phone call from a 3rd party called XXXX XXXX that I breached the contract and I needed to pay {$1200.00} otherwise they would ruin my good credit. to make a story short after a month of conversation me trying to explain that I have still XXXX in my other property. they insist that it does not work like they sold my contract to XXXX XXXX. Even though I don't Own anything to XXXX, I am responsible for paying XXXX XXXX. It's a misleading and bad practice. I was forced to pay a Collection agency to fix my good credit. Please help me. i have try to talk to them.
