I applied for a self builder account, At this company called Self Lender to help grow my credit. The email thats link to this account has be hacked. I was buying a home and the bank came back and said I have two delinquent credit cards account with self lender. I never applied for any credit cards with this company only a credit builder account. I called and complained almost 10 times and this company is tellIing me that they sent me credit cards. I have argue with this company 10 times and not getting no where.There is no fraud department to talk to they keep telling me they are going to email me to reslove the issue. Now they have been reporting this balance XXXX and XXXX on my credit report and have drop my score so low from where i worked hard from. I have been a victim of idenity theft and have the credit freeze on my account on the credit bureaus. I have filed a police report on this company. At this point can you remove this off my file plz. Thanks XXXX XXXX!
