The Consumer which is me and the Person is the organization. TransUnion/XXXX Consumer Report Agencies is not permitted to report ANY late payments, payments that lead to being a Charge off / collection on my consumer report. I repeat this code DOES NOT include transactions and experiences between me ( the consumer ) and person ( organizations ) allowed to be reported.
