To whom it may concern, Look at my credit report I sent an investigation request through the CFBP to Experian on XX/XX/year>. Send a re-investigation through the XXXX XX/XX/year>. Send a dispute XX/XX/year> by THIS ACCOUNT WAS CHARGED OFF ON THE FOLLOWING DATE ( XXXX, XXXX OF FIRST CHARGE OFF ) SINCE THEN THE ACCOUNT HAS REPEATEDLY BEEN UPDATED AS CHARGED OFF EVERY MONTH. THIS IS AN UPDATE IN THE PAYMENT HISTORY. A CHARGED OFF ACCOUNT SHOULD NOT INCLUDE AN ACTIVE PAYMENT HISTORY, THIS INACCURATE INFORMATION FALSELY MANIPULATES THE STATUTE OF LIMITATIONS. YOU FAILED TO INVESTIGATE THIS ACCOUNT PROPERLY AND YOUR NEGLECT HAS VIOLATED MY RIGHTS. I AM DEMANDING A DELETION OF THE FOLLOWING ACCOUNT : Account Name : XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number XXXX Experian answered me in the complaints I made, here I leave the numbers, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX. I received an answer on all three occasions and they said that this account is accurate I looked at my report and realized that everything is still the same. Attached is evidence of Experians response and the three complaints made through the CFPB in which they respond And according to 15 USC 1681i 5 they are supposed to do this ( 5 ) Treatment of inaccurate or unverifiable information ( A ) In general If, after any reinvestigation under paragraph ( 1 ) of any information contested by a consumer, an element of the information is found to be inaccurate or incomplete or can not be verified, the consumer reporting agency will promptly remove that information from the consumer file, or will modify that information element, as appropriate, depending on the results of the reinvestigation ; and ( iI ) immediately notify the provider of that information that the information has been modified or removed from the consumers file. And according to 15 USC 1681eb, they are supposed to guarantee this b ) Accuracy of the report Each time a consumer reporting agency prepares a consumer report, it will follow reasonable procedures to ensure the greatest possible accuracy of the information relating to the person to whom the report refers. And according to 15 USC 1681s-2, this is supposed to happen ( A ) Information report with real knowledge of errors A person will not provide any information related to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if the person knows or has reasonable grounds to believe that the information is inaccurate. ( B ) Report the information after notification and confirmation of errors A person will not provide information related to a consumer to any consumer reporting agency if ( i ) the person has been notified by the consumer, at the address specified by the person for such notices, that the specific information is inaccurate; and ( the information is, in fact, Inaccurate. Experian didnt really investigate again, they lied in an official document saying they did something they didnt do and I have evidence to prove my case. IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE FAIR CREDIT INFORMATION ACT, THE UST OF ACCOUNTS BELOW HAS VIOLATED MY RIGHTS AS CONSUMERS PROTECTED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT TO PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY UNDER 15 USC 1681. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Account Number XXXX, HAS VIOLATED MY RIGHTS. 15 U.S.C 1681 SECTION 602 A. STATES THAT I HAVE THE RIGHT TO PRIVACY. 15 U.S.C 1681 SECTION 604 A SECTION 2 : ALSO ESTABLISHES A CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY I CANT PROVIDE AN ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS 15 U.S.C 1681C. ( A ) ( 5 ) THE SECTION STATES : NO CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY MAY HAVE ANY CONSUMER REPORT CONTAIN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION, ANY OTHER ELEMENT OF ADVERSE INFORMATION, OTHER THAN THE RECORDS OF CRIME CONVICTIONS THAT SERVE THE REPORT FOR MORE THAN SEVEN YEARS. 15 U.S.C. 16815-2 ( A ) ( 1 ) A PERSON WILL NOT PROVIDE ANY INFORMATION RELATED TO A CONSUMER TO ANY CONSUMER REPORTING AGENCY IF THE PERSON KNOWS OR HAS REASONABLE GROUNDS TO BELIEVE THAT THE INFORMATION IS INACCURATE.
