I used my ADP Wisely card via XXXX XXXX on XX/XX/XXXX at a XXXX XXXX XXXX vending machine to purchase a bag of potato chips in the amount of {$2.00}. I was charged {$50.00}. I attempted to resolve the issue XXXX XXXX, but my emails went unanswered and the phone number was just recorded messages that never led to a human. I tried resolving it with our building manager who referred me to the vendor that manages the building canteen, but he claimed there was no record of the {$50.00} charge, only the charge for {$2.00}. After a month of no resolution, I then submitted the dispute claim to Wisely for resolution. I provided the receipt from XXXX XXXX XXXX showing the {$2.00} purchase as well as the XXXX XXXX receipt for {$50.00}. Wisely also has record of my bank statement showing the {$50.00} transaction to XXXX XXXX. I submitted the claim on XX/XX/XXXX to Wisely and waited almost 3 months for their determination. My claim was denied. I called and asked for an explanation and was told that they can not tell me why, but I can request that the dispute be re-investigated by sending a letter to a po box address and once again submitting the same documentation I have already provided. Someone has my {$47.00} and it is my belief that ADP Wisely is supposed to advocate and protect me from fraud and or erroneous charges. I feel they are not protecting me as they are legally bound to do so. They have a fiduciary responsibility to protect me from erroneous charges, whether they be fraudulent or due to technical errors.
