I am part of the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX discharge. This discharge is being dispersed across the board and all of my loans have been through XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX loans are serviced by XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX # XXXX ). XXXX and the XXXX logo are registered service marks of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and the XXXX logo are registered service marks of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX loans are made by Earnest Operations LLC ( XXXX # XXXX ), a member of the XXXX family of companies The original principal amount of the loan is {$45000.00} and I have paid it down to {$15000.00} but this loan was specifically for the XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX and all of my federal loans have been discharged. This one needs to be as well. I have requested a discharge form from each company and have been given several different responses on who actually owns the loan and who I should be retrieving information from. Now they are refusing to send me an application for discharge. Both XXXX and XXXX have refused to send me the application via email nd I'm trying to retrieve the information from Earnest who referred me to both prior. This situation has been made extremely confusing. I simple want to know who I should be ultimately dealing with, where I can get the discharge application sent to me from, and have that application actually sent to me so I can apply and have it for my own documentation,
