On XX/XX/2024, I signed with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX the installation of impact windows in my property and they used a company called Momnt for finance. I completed an online application on the sales person XXXX and received immediate approval, the initial deposit of {$6700.00}, would be charged immediately and I would have until XX/XX/2024 to start making payments for this amount, the rest of the amount owed ( {$22000.00} ) would be charged after the completion of the job. XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX representatives are nowhere to be fund and then when I contacted Momnt, they said that I am still responsible for this debt and that they do not care if the windows have not been installed. I believe that XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX Mont and whichever bank is behind them are together in this fraud scheme. I have been contacted by a detective in regards to this and I have also been in contact with other victims. Compalints with the XXXX and XXXX have been filed and I even sent a certified mail demand letter on XXXX XXXX and have not received any confirmation of delivery, their offices are currently closed. The address for XXXXXXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX is XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX Their principal as per XXXX is XXXX XXXX.
