I have tried to dispute this charge with jefferson capital llc for the amount of XXXX It has been over 8 years that this has been on my account and they keep re- aging it even after I have told them I am a victim of identity theft. It was my ex boyfriend who opened the account fraudulently and he is currently XXXX. They do not have a picture of my license nor do they have my signature.
