I am a victim of human XXXX. I sent Experian documents starting on XX/XX/24 via upload and mail. I kept calling and they kept saying they didnt receive it. So I finally sent it in one more time on XX/XX/24 via upload and certified mail. I sent in every document they asked for on the site. I called for 4 days and they finally told me on XX/XX/24 that my paperwork was invalid. Ive sent the proper documents to them on multiple occasion. I even used their templates they provided. My letters are clear and concise. All paperwork is signed and dated and I sent in identification. They are giving me the run around and its not fair to me as a victim trying to start over in my life.
