XX/XX/year> Certified Return Receipt of XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ( ETC ) Trans Union ; XXXX ; XXXX ; I received an email notice on XX/XX/year> that an alleged debt was being place on my credit file. During this time I had XXXX so I was sick for about XXXX weeks. I immediately responded with a letter of Notice XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. The Notice of Dispute Included a Cease and Desist all forms of communications with me and communicating with my Credit Reports, Repositories, and Data Files in any form. It also included a self acting counterclaim for a un notarized affidavit response without documents and data including line by line response to questions asked. I mailed this Notice of Dispute by XXXX Certified Mail with Return Receipt on XX/XX/year> of which XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX received this Notice of Dispute on XX/XX/year> which they signed for. I have also attached a copy of the green certified return receipt of delivery to this complaint. This being our first communication. I have included a copy of this email and attached it to this complaint. My credit files dropped by XXXX points after XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX place, Inaccurate, Incomplete, Unvalidated, Unverified, information on my Data, Consumer, and Credit files fraudulently. They have provided no documents, original wet signed agreements, XXXX XXXX XXXX, Purchase Agreements, Forward Flow Agreements, Account Level Documentation, or any ownership of alleged debt in question. They are aware that they are actively and knowingly violating 15 USC 1692K ; 15 USC 1692CA ; 15 USC 1692 CC ; 15 USC 1692 ; 15 USC 1681EB ; FCRA section 623 ; I do not give prior consent to contact me and this unusual time over a debt. There is not a good time to contact me over the debt. I want them to cease and desist contacting ; including not reporting to any Credit Reporting Agencies. I also want to know how they got my information. 15 USC 1692 BXXXX I request Visual Contract that I have with XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX. I request Bill Of Sale, Purchase Agreement, Forward Flow Agreement, Account Level Documentation, Delivery Confirmation of Mailed Response to Notice of Dispute Delivery XX/XX/year>. or prior to placing theses Material Inaccuracies on my Consumer Reports, and Files. They have updated and communicated information, and not removed the Inaccurate, Incomplete, Unvalidated, Unverified information that is knowingly and willing wrong and damaging my Consumer Rights, and knowingly and willing providing data that they know to be Inaccurate, and can not, and have not provided supporting documentation they can prove to be authentic, and support status of legal ownership of alleged debt. Trans Union, XXXX, and XXXX are assisting them in this gross negligence of Consumer Rights, and violating my XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX ; actual damages to my body, well being, and mode of living. I was in the process of moving when these Material Inaccuracies where placed on my Consumer Files, Consumer Reports, Data Files, Databases, Repository Information. I am actively being denied a home because of the Violations, Material Inaccuracies, and blatant disregard for the law that these companies are enacting against me. I have advised them and given them opportunities to remedy these Material Inaccuracies ; They have had 30 days to remedy 33 days to remedy, and have chosen to knowingly and willfully not comply or attempt to amicably come to a resolution including legal supporting documentation. This company actively trying to collect a alleged debt this does not belong to them, and have yet to provide documentation to me or show documentation, and legal proof that says that they own this debt.
