On XX/XX/XXXX I received an email from Capital One saying my checking account was under review. I logged in and found that my account was restricted and I couldn't access my money. So I called the number that was shown only to be was told that Capital One decided to end their banking relationship with me. Despite that, my account was still open, just restricted so I couldn't accuses my money. They said they needed their team to finish the investigation. It's been over a week so I called back to try and get an update, but they have nothing, just telling me to keep waiting despite that fact that I have bills to pay and need the money desperately.
