I have disputed these accounts several times, even years, with no response. When I request debt validation they never respond with the information I request. They are in violation of the FCRA. I have included all the disputes that I have made to them, and despite this they ignore me, how is it possible that they treat me like this, the truth is I am tired of fighting and I feel Vulnerated ... What an injustice. That's why I need you to help me. For the accounts, I requested a detailed Validation and certification test where you verify that Copies of all disclosures provided regarding the sharing of my non-public personal information with third parties, as provided in 15 U.S.C. 6802 ( b ). A copy of the records used to verify the cancellation of my accounts. An update on the status of the disputed cancellation, reflecting any corrections made based on my dispute. But such were not provided or answered as legally required by law for my consumer rights.
