I had an auto accident and XXXX went after the other company to reimburse them. The subrogation was completed, they sent me my {$500.00} deductible. When my new insurance company quoted my rate for the coming policy is was {$280.00} higher because LexisNexis shows an outstanding balance of {$63.00} for rental reimbursement and {$440.00} for collision deductible. I have contacted XXXX claims handler numerous times and each time he says he will call me back later in the day and he never does. I've sent internal emails with no response. ( XX/XX/XXXX, XX/XX/XXXX ) Spoke with their subrogation dept and they told me claim was closed and that claims handler XXXX XXXX is who can resolve the problem. I have called and talked to him numerous times ( XX/XX/XXXX, XXXX XXXX ) He sent me an email that wasn't acceptable to my insurance company because it wasnt on letterhead. The office I dealt with originally sent an email that also wasn't acceptable because it showed amounts still unresolved. I have disputed with LexisNexis on XX/XX/XXXX. On XX/XX/XXXX XXXX sent me a letter stating they were submitting the claim to arbitration and that the results would be binding to both parties. XX/XX/XXXX I received my {$500.00} deductible.
