Lvov funding put three charge-off accounts on my credit report and claiming that they are recent as of XX/XX/year>. I contacted ( XXXX ) XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXXXXXX they said I do not have any current accounts with them and they never sent LVNV my information and that LVNV brought my charge-off accounts from different creditors and trying to XXXX XXXX of my money and hurt my credit by reporting this as a new account. The same was stated from credit one and LVNV is using a fictitious and fraudulent company called XXXX XXXX XXXX in XXXX, California as a front. The number does not work or is no longer in service and because of this I am not able to get a house, nor a house loan or any type of credit because of this. LVNV wants me to use their specialist department to pay them for accounts that have been charged-off that they brought.
