Santander consumer USA XX/XX/year> Ive reached out to this company multiple times about updating the information on my credit report, company never sent any information regarding my issue, this debt is well over 7 years. I had this loan for over 2 years never made a late payment the vehicle was stole and crashed the insurance company paid blue book value of the car, there was a couple thousand the insurance company didnt pay an they put it on my credit report, there was a warranty in place that was suppose to pay out the money left over but never got any information from Santander. North Carolina state law is a written off debt has to be removed after 3 years.
