Okay so I have a chime account I've had three cards already sent to me, I keep telling them someone has my direct routing number and account number there was a charge on XX/XX/XXXX I believe it was for {$70.00} they explain to me they will go ahead and do it they will go and put that money back on my card I get an email just now saying they're not going to do it I don't know what's wrong with these people when I call them on the XX/XX/XXXX I also told them about the {$9.00} someone had gotten an XXXX ride from XXXX XXXX and this is where they're located and I'm thinking it has something to do with them they never found that dispute I spoke with them today they act as though they didn't even know what I was talking about and now I get an email saying they're not going to put the {$70.00} back on my card I'm very serious with these people I see that they have all kinds of issues all kinds of complaints and they've been sued before I see this I didn't know this. My name is XXXX XXXX my email address is XXXX. my phone number is XXXX. I spoke to them also today about someone else trying to use my card I'm not sure what it was for I think they might have caught that but they're they're saying that it's my card it's not my card I just got this card 3 weeks ago it's something else going on someone has my account and routing number I do believe. I really would appreciate your help because this company is full of it and they need to be stopped. Thank you so much!
