XXXX XX/XX/year> still dealing with it. M & T gave me a provisional credit, took it back, gave it back to me but froze the monies. I was Locked out of account XXXX, no access to online banking, had to visit a branch for them to inform me I was removed from M & T because I was High Risk? Representative stated " maybe you had to much money in a checking account? '' I asked for information on who decided this, what department and representative had No answers, she seemed a bit baffled? I called XXXX number again and again they referred me back to a branch. No one knew anything?
