I went into a blind contract that I was willingly tricked and convinced into paying a down payment, which wasnt an unauthorized charge due to the truth in lending act cash is not included in a finance charge. after the paperwork was sent certified mail, I received no response, but I received a repossession.i was also not given or told my rights during the process ive brung this to there attention that there was a truth in lending violation as well as sent a agffadavit of truth and the they gave no response no rebuttal which means this stands as truth in court please help me seek my remedy and protect my rights as a consumer
