My venmo account was suddenly suspended for no reason. I tried replying to the email which was what they said to do and I tried calling twice, on both calls I was told they would escalate the process but as of today, I still haven't gotten any response. They wanted more proof of my identity, all of a sudden, which i won't do, because I'm a XXXX XXXX and I know I'm the target of scammers. My daughter did a little research and she found that several people complained of the same issue, right after they had deposited a payment. XXXX was {$3.00} for a gallon of milk for her, which is mostly what we used it for. I'm going to call again now to see if they will delete my account without a hassle. The whole situation is so unnecessary. XXXX XXXX
