I filled XXXX XXXX XXXX, this creditor has not made any adjustments to my credit report to reflect that account as being included. I have disputed with no help. I have reached out to the company via email and they say they will get back with me but never do. I am stuck with this card reporting a balance on my credit report. My trustee gave me the go ahead to start rebuilding my credit but I can due to this card reporting as open and over the credit limit. This card should be reporting a {$0.00} balance and included in bankruptcy/closed. I have a decent bit of credit cards and every single one of them have done this but this one has not. Please help
