My account was victim of fraud transactions and instead of refunding then capital one closed my account 2 of these account had no fraud transactions and were in good standing. They abused their power and closed my account just because they can! Also bank is refusing to refund a transaction that was sent to me by mistake by someone! I have provided all documents for capital one to resolve this but they are abusing the government law and abusing my consumer rights! They also put all my other accounts including all my credit cards account in collection status even thou they are current and never late The level of abuse of the law is clean and I need you to investigate them.
