The bank that I use is Wisely. On XX/XX/year>, a charge of {$52.00} was made on my account and it wasnt by me. I found out about it around 2 hours after it was made and took immediate action. I was able to lock the card that was used for that charge and I tried to dispute that charge. The agent that I was speaking to said that I would be provided a form where I can provide more information about the unauthorized charged but Ive never got it and they initiated an investigation. The investigation lasted 4 days and got denied on XX/XX/year>.
